  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • 1/8 teaspoon each ground black pepper
and ground nutmeg Yields 4 to 5 servings.

Preparation time: 10 minutes.

Cooking time: 9 to 13 minutes (plus 3 minutes standing time).

Oven setting: HIGH (100 percent power).

In medium mixing bowl combine ground turkey, egg, onion, bread crumbs, milk, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 24 meatballs. Arrange in shallow 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with wax paper and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, or until meatballs are set. Stir gently to rearrange.
